Day 03 - Words -

On this third day of challenge, I'd rather write in English than my own language, Bahasa Indonesia. There's no specific reason for that actually, the thing is just related to an ordinary reminder like a picture I posted here. I read that simple reminder at a parking area of a cafē that I visited last month.

Nothing special about the picture but it has stuck on my mind, like given me an energy and made me capture it just to be kept on my photo gallery 😂 I just don't know why I love taking pictures and keeping my phone gallery full without sorting them periodically. Mostly I save some quotes or wise words to remind myself to just stay sane. That's it, but how come? We all know that actions speak louder than words, right?

Well, maybe some of us won't believe any quotes as they are just words that affect nothing to our life significantly. But I once noticed a Japanese research by Dr. Masaru Emoto. His research proved that words really matter.

Let's challenge ourself to try to put some rice into three different little jars. On the first jar, put some good words, like I love you, thank you or some positive words. On the second jar, put some bad words like I hate you or negative words, then put nothing or no words at all on the last jar.

Just let the jar for a month and see what will happen to them? That will make us learn that words really matter to our life. In case just when you are not sure about that, just try the challenge and prove it yourself.

So keep talking positive words to your body and soul. Stay positive and good things will happen
